Happy Friday!
Some great listens this week care of Digiday and The Verge podcasts.
As the video industry matures, two industry leaders describe their visions for the creator economy, NTWRK CEO Aaron Levant talks about NFTs being the next art collectible, and Patreon’s CEO Jack Conte talks about the value of building direct authentic fan connections as oppose to increasing Facebook’s users. Both leaders have creativity and art at the heart of their visions, which resonates a lot with the team at Rerun.
Also this week, Quibi content is finally finding its audience and performing well on the Roku platform.
Our Top Pick is the news that have QVC and HSN have launched its combined streaming service on Comcast's X1 and Xfinity Flex making it the first video shopping app on either platform. Congrats to our friends at QVC on achieving this milestone!
Until next week!
