Quibi versus the world
Amid great fanfare, Quibi showcased the first glimpse of its much-anticipated app at CES this week. Their 'turnstyle' video format, which allows viewers to see a different point of view when they turn their phone from portrait to landscape, could have some very interesting storytelling implications, and definitely embraces Quibi's mobile-first mantra. This format will be a brand new one for creators to embrace, and we're looking forward to seeing what's next.
