Meet the wines
Moody, broody, and teensy bit fruity. Pairs well with: Having friends over for a dinner party, meeting The Parents for the first time, watching eight consecutive episodes of a show, Mercury Retrograde.
How it drinks: great aromas of black, cherry, and plum with notes of dark chocolate. Rich and complex with ripe tannins and a long finish.
Look, I’m not saying you should stockpile as much of this wine as possible for every single time you have people over. But I’m also not…not saying that. Keeping a chilled bottle (or four) of this peachy, pineapple-y refreshing-ness in the fridge makes up for the fact that the only other thing in there is a single expired yogurt.
How it drinks: tropical fruit flavors with touches of peach and pear, and a buttery balance leading to a smooth, rich finish.
Step 1: Twist open the bottle and pour into your fanciest wine glass. Step 2: Swish the cherry and strawberry flavors across your tongue. Step 3: Pause momentarily to contemplate quitting your real life to move to a vineyard and stomp grapes for a living. Step 4: Find a bigger glass.
How it drinks: well-structured with perfect balance. Cherry, raspberry, and strawberry fruit flavors on the nose and palate.
We’re just gonna warn you right now: You will NOT want to share this wine. So if you’re planning to bring this citrus-meets-strawberry bottle of goodness to a friend’s place, we suggest you reassess.
How it drinks: clean and fresh with lots of fruit and red berries, great structure, and perfect intensity with a long finish.
If the monochrome holographic bottles aren’t mouthwatering enough for ya, crack one open, pour into your favorite glass, sniff, and sip like you’re in a Napa vineyard wearing your finest felt hat.
